Criminal Defense Attorneys
Effective July 1, 2009, the Rutherford County District Attorneys' Office will charge 25 cents per copy for discovery copies. This is due to the increase in the number of copies required to answer discovery requests and the situation regarding the state budget. Checks to cover copying costs should be made payable to the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference (TNDAGC).
